The Committee on European Integration recommends that the Parliament ratifies the Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of Latvian Republic on Cooperation in the Field of Prevention of Emergency Situations and Elimination of their Aftermath

The Bill (Reg. No.0045) envisages ratification of the Agreement that defines principles, forms and mechanisms of cooperation in the field of prevention of emergency situations of technical and natural character and elimination of their aftermath.

The Committee members underscored that ratification of the Agreement meets the national interests of Ukraine, and enables efficient rendering of assistance in case of emergency situations that threaten human health, life, property or the environment.
